We source our cardamom from Guatemala. Cardamom is best when used fresh, so we recommend buying whole pods and grinding them as needed.

How to use :Before adding to any recipe, you can remove and crush the seeds from the pods.
For tea infusions, toss the crushed pods into your brew before adding the chai blend.
