We replace the strong taste of Anise extract with the naturally sweet flavor of fennel in these crunchy Biscotti. For tea biscuits, olive oil creates a crispiness with every addictive bite! Both recipes bake with SauFennel's Digestive Mixes as a healthy ingredient.
