During Aunty Misri’s visit to India, she encountered Millet baked goods for the first time! The unique earthy-nutty flavor truly captivated her. She decided to change her chocolate soda cake recipe to not only involve the magic of millets but also the raw sweetness of jaggery.
It’s quite known that Aunty Misri isn’t a fan of chocolate desserts so she had to bring in flaky salt as an (optional) topping to break the monotony of sweetness and bring beautiful balance!

I was pleasantly surprised by this millet cake kit! The instructions were super easy to follow, and the cake turned out soft, moist, and flavorful. It’s a great option for a healthier dessert without compromising on taste. Plus, knowing it's made with millet makes it even better! Highly recommend!
